Services CU Access Accounts & Online Payments

CU Access Accounts & Online Payments

To carry out online payments from your credit union account you will need to be registered for online access if not already so you can log in to your account online and you also need to have a CU Access account opened which can be opened at any of our offices (See criteria & benefits for opening this account below).

Online transfers are not allowed from your other credit union savings accounts to your CU Access account so you will need to keep funds in this account for online payments.

How to keep funds in your CU Access account:

1. A new standing order can be set up to have funds sent to your CU Access account
2. Contact us to redirect part or all of an existing standing order to your CU Access account
3. Call to one of our offices or contact one of our offices to have funds transferred from your other credit union savings account to your CU Access account.

The IBAN and BIC details for your CU Access account can be viewed when you log into your account online, can be requested by calling to one of our offices or by contacting one of our offices.
